Its not the Hilton but its conveniently located, the staff at the front desk are happy and helpful (I think they have new management) there were no creepy people lurking about like at other motels in the area. I felt safe there. The Mexican restaurant next door has delicious food.
Really liked the place. I usually stay at motel 6 but will be switching to here. The guy running the place was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean as well and did not smell like cigarettes at all
I booked through the oyo app and was charged immediately. When I arrived at the location I was told that there was no availability and that the app overbooked. I tried to get my refund for over 2 weeks and kept getting the runaround. Finally I contacted travelers inn instead of the third party who originally took my money, and got through immediately. She was very helpful and apologetic and went above and beyond and gave me my refund within 5 minutes. I will never booked through the oyo app again. Clearly this app has given people problems and took people's money before and Anna recognize the issue right away and confirmed it. Thanks again Anna at travelers inn.. it was very frustrating dealing with that app you are very helpful. I would definitely stay at travelers inn because of their excellent customer service alone!!!
Perfect place if you need a place to rest. Although an older establishment it is clean and tidy. Has fridge, microwave, and big TV. No tub but spacious shower. Bed is comforable with crisp clean bedding. Perfect when a place to sleep is what you are looking for.
five stars. location is fine, rooms are fine, service is great, price is low. when I came, the ice maker wasn't working and they told me I could get ice from the lobby, which was easy enough. No coffee in the room, but I asked when they might have coffee in the lobby and they said "maybe 5-5:30" and there was coffee at 5 (and a much nicer than expected variety of continental breakfast items). I got Dominoes delivered to my room. It's not the Ritz, it's a Travellers Inn and if I needed this kind of room again, I'd be happy to book again!
The rooms are dated, but the price makes up for it. The staff were absolutely wonderful. Great budget saver.
I had a great experience at Travelers Inn! The owner has truly turned the place around with the new management team. Tamika, along with her partner Austin handling maintenance, are friendly, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to making guests feel comfortable. The Inn is now clean, safe, and kid-friendly, which made our stay very enjoyable. They go out of their way to treat everyone with respect and have a strict policy against disrespectful behavior or illegal activities. It’s truly an amazing place to stay, and I highly recommend it!
